TransAction International was founded in 1985 specialising in warehousing, distribution and freight forwarding. The company outgrew its original premises and moved to its current 2 unit facility in 1999, a combined 31,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office complex based at Long Crendon in the heart of the Thames Valley, located near Junction 7 on the M40..

TransAction International is a full trading member of the, Road Haulage Association (RHA), United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) and the British International Freight Association (BIFA). Twice winners of the BIFA Freight Service "Logistics Distribution" Award which is awarded to members solely on the basis of customer endorsement from a membership of over 1,600 companies..

In 2001 TransAction International became a founder member and shareholder in PalletFORCE plc , the palletised distribution network, being the exclusive delivery and collection member for the OX Oxfordshire postcode with daily deliveries and collections throughout Oxfordshire.

Employing over 25 staff, every one of which believes in, and works towards, the company's policy of ''Customer Satisfaction First' - many having been with the company from the early days.

TransAction International is particularly interested to develop long term business relationships with companies in the UK but also those companies in emerging markets (Eastern Europe and the Far East) who wish to source a reliable and trustworthy Integrated Logistics Partner (3PL) in the United Kingdom.
