A total of 31,000 sq. ft. (3,100 sq. m.) is available for storage services in a combined configuration of:

• Narrow aisle pallet racked locations, total capacity approx. 2000 positions.
• Free standing bulk storage, total capacity approx. 500 positions.
• Packing and secure storage areas.
• Shelved picking faces.
• Narrow aisle width set at 2.8m.
• Max. eaves height of approx. 7m.
• Floor level and dock level loading facilities.

Current handling equipment includes:

• 2 x 2.0 tonne LPG counter balance general purpose forklift truck with fork extensions plus 2m spreader attachment.
• 1 x 2.0 tonne electric counter balance general purpose forklift trucks.
• 1 x 1.5 tonne electric counter balance general purpose forklift trucks.
• 2 x 1.5 tonne electric narrow aisle reach trucks.
• Assorted pallet trucks.

The warehouses are currently managed by a minimum of two administration personnel with 6 manual staff and each is central-station alarmed to BS4737 standard with BT Redcare cover and CCTV monitoring. Comprehensive pest control protection is provided by an approved local contractor to industry standards.
